Summary
This study tests a new capsule, TJ0113, in 204 older adults (age 60+) with sarcopenia, a condition causing muscle loss and weakness. Participants take the capsule or a placebo daily for 26 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug improves walking speed, a key measure of muscle function.
