Summary

This phase 2 trial is testing whether combining the immunotherapy drug tislelizumab with other experimental drugs (surzebiclimab or alcestobart) can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth in people with advanced head and neck cancer that has come back or spread. About 160 participants who have not had prior treatment for their advanced cancer will receive one of the combinations. The study measures how many patients respond and how long the response lasts.
