Summary
This study directly compared two injectable medications, tirzepatide and semaglutide, to see which one helps people lose more weight. It involved 751 adults who had obesity or were overweight with related health problems like high blood pressure, but who did not have diabetes. The trial lasted about 74 weeks and measured how much body weight participants lost.
