Summary
This study is testing if the medication tirzepatide can help adults with obesity and binge-eating disorder. Researchers will compare it against a placebo (inactive shot) and another active medication, lisdexamfetamine. All participants will also receive a guided self-help therapy program to see if the medication helps reduce binge-eating episodes and supports weight loss over one year.
