New hope for kids with tough neuroblastoma: drug combo trial opens

Summary
This study tests a new pill (tipifarnib) plus an approved IV drug (naxitamab) for children and adults with neuroblastoma that has come back or not responded to treatment. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and shrinks tumors or delays the cancer's return. About 98 participants will be enrolled.
