Summary
This study tests a new drug called tinengotinib combined with standard hormone therapies (abiraterone or enzalutamide) in 50 men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to usual treatment. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and shrinks tumors or lowers PSA levels. It is an early-phase trial, so the main focus is safety and finding the right dose.
