First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looks at whether exercising at a specific time of day, based on your natural body clock, can help people with prediabetes manage their blood sugar better. Researchers will compare what happens when 28 overweight adults with prediabetes do no exercise, morning exercise, or evening exercise. Each person will try all three conditions on separate days to see which timing works best.
