Summary

This 12-month study is testing whether limiting daily eating to a 10-hour window helps people maintain recent weight loss. It will compare this time-restricted eating approach to general weight maintenance advice in 110 adults. The goal is to see which method is better at preventing weight and body fat regain over a year.
