Can eating in a 9-Hour window fix your metabolism?
NCT ID NCT05866406
Summary
This study is testing whether time-restricted eating—limiting all daily food intake to a 9-hour window—can improve heart and metabolic health in people with obesity and prediabetes. It will involve 100 participants who will follow this eating pattern for 12 weeks without trying to lose weight. Researchers will measure changes in how the body processes insulin and sugar to see if this simple schedule change can reduce risk factors for heart disease.
