NCT ID NCT06705868
Summary
This study will test if a time-restricted eating pattern helps people with fatty liver disease. 150 participants will either follow an 8-hour daily eating window with fruits and vegetables eaten only during daylight hours, or receive standard dietary advice. Researchers will compare changes in weight, liver health, and how the body processes food contaminants over three months.
