First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looks at whether time-restricted eating (eating all food within an 8-hour window each day) is practical and helpful for people starting chemotherapy for early-stage or advanced breast cancer. Researchers will test three different eating windows compared to a control group over 24 weeks. The goal is to see if this eating pattern can improve quality of life, reduce fatigue, and ease treatment side effects.
