This study tested a drug called MBG453 in 10 people with a low-risk form of myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), a bone marrow disorder. The goal was to see if the drug could improve blood cell counts and reduce the need for blood transfusions. The trial was stopped early, but researchers looked at how many patients responded and tracked side effects.
