Summary
This early-stage study is testing a personalized treatment called TBio-4101 for people with advanced melanoma that hasn't responded to standard therapies. Doctors take immune cells from a patient's tumor, grow them in large numbers in a lab, and then infuse them back into the patient after chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and can help control the cancer in patients who have run out of other options.
