This study looks at whether alexithymia—trouble recognizing or describing emotions—is linked to how often women get migraines. Researchers will survey 350 women aged 12-65 with migraine to see if emotional awareness affects headache patterns. No treatment is given; the goal is simply to better understand the connection.
