First seen Jun 14, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026
Summary
This study is for people aged 60 and older with advanced melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread. It tests whether adding thymosin alpha 1 to a standard immunotherapy drug (anti-PD-1) can improve tumor shrinkage and reduce side effects. Participants receive both drugs over 12 weeks, and researchers will track how many respond, how long they live, and any side effects.
