First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests the Thrive program, which helps young adults (ages 18-25) with fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASD) set personal goals and build social support. Participants are randomly assigned to start the program right away or after a delay, and then to individual or group sessions. Over about 10 months, they complete online surveys to see if the program improves goal-setting skills, well-being, and quality of life.
