First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tests whether the My Health Coach app can improve quality of life and daily functioning for adults with fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASD). Two hundred adults with FASD or a history of prenatal alcohol exposure will be split into two groups: one gets the app right away, the other waits 12 weeks. Everyone completes surveys at the start, 6 weeks, and 12 weeks to measure well-being and psychological needs.
