Summary
This study tests a mobile app called THRIVE-M designed to help people with multiple myeloma improve their quality of life, reduce emotional distress, and lessen fatigue. About 120 adults with different stages of the disease will either use the app or receive usual care. The goal is to see if the app makes a real difference in how patients feel day-to-day.
