Summary
This study looks at how the brain reacts to threats in people with depression, anxiety, or both. About 165 adults will take a single dose of an anti-anxiety drug or a placebo and then have their brain activity measured with MRI and eye-blink tests. The goal is to understand differences in threat sensitivity and how anxiety drugs affect these responses.
