Can integrative care before and after cancer surgery boost recovery?

Summary

This study is testing whether a personalized program of naturopathic care, Mediterranean diet, and physical activity before and after surgery can improve quality of life and reduce complications for people with lung, stomach, or esophageal cancer. About 20 adults scheduled for curative surgery will be enrolled. The goal is to see if this integrative approach is practical and helps patients feel better and recover faster.
