Summary
This study is for people with a high-risk type of leukemia called CMML. It tests a stronger chemotherapy combination (including thiotepa) given before a stem cell transplant from a donor. The goal is to see if this approach helps patients live longer without the cancer coming back. About 31 adults will take part.
