Summary

This study will test whether a 12-week nutrition and kidney health program works well for adults with chronic kidney disease. About 45 participants will either join group education sessions with cooking classes and food support, or receive standard nutrition advice. The goal is to see if people are willing to join, stick with the program, and find it helpful.
