Summary

This study tests whether a nutritional drink called 'Think Tank' can help middle-aged women (40-60 years old) think more clearly after experiencing stress. Forty healthy women who drink caffeine daily will take either the drink or a placebo and then complete thinking and memory tests. The goal is to see if the drink improves focus, memory, and mood after a stressful event.
