Summary

This study looks at whether taking vitamin B1 (thiamine) capsules can improve brain function and repair the blood-brain barrier in adults with type 2 diabetes. About 52 participants will have brain scans, memory tests, and blood work over two visits, three months apart. The goal is to see if thiamine can ease diabetes-related brain issues.
