Budget camera could save diabetic feet
NCT ID NCT07463456
First seen Mar 13, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study checks if a cheap thermal camera (about 200 euros) works as well as a professional one for spotting foot problems in people with diabetes. 130 adults with diabetes will have both cameras take pictures of their feet. The goal is to see if the low-cost camera can reliably detect temperature differences that might signal early foot issues.
