Budget camera could spot diabetic foot trouble early
NCT ID NCT07463456
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study checks if a cheap thermal camera (about 200 euros) works as well as a professional one for spotting early signs of foot problems in people with diabetes. 130 adults with diabetes will have both cameras take pictures of the bottom of their feet. The goal is to see if the low-cost camera can reliably find temperature differences that might signal a problem.
