NCT ID NCT05643027
Summary
This study is testing a new talk therapy program designed to help cancer patients who are taking opioid pain medication. The goal is to see if the therapy is practical and acceptable for patients, and if it can help reduce risky opioid use and improve mental health. About 40 adult cancer patients at risk for opioid misuse will be randomly assigned to receive either the therapy or standard care.
