NCT ID NCT07273604

Summary

This study tested whether two types of group talk therapy could help people with multiple sclerosis (MS) feel better and think more clearly. Researchers compared a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) program and a psychophysiological regulation therapy to standard care in 140 participants. The goal was to see if these therapies could reduce anxiety and depression while improving memory and concentration for people living with MS.
