Summary
This small study tested whether a specific type of talk therapy could help people struggling with the emotional distress of infertility. Nine participants received 12 therapy sessions focused on managing difficult thoughts and feelings. The main goal was to see if patients found the therapy helpful and acceptable, and to measure changes in their mood, stress, and coping skills.
