Summary
This study is testing if adding a special group therapy program to standard one-on-one therapy helps people with depression or anxiety. The group therapy focuses on improving how people interact with others. Researchers are comparing standard therapy alone to standard therapy plus this group program in 156 patients to see which is better at reducing symptoms and improving social skills.
