Scientists test if marijuana pill helps you sleep better
NCT ID NCT03560934
Summary
This small, early-stage study aimed to understand how a pill containing THC (the main active ingredient in cannabis) affects sleep. Researchers tested 18 healthy young adults, including both regular cannabis users and non-users, to see how different doses influenced their sleep patterns and next-day alertness. The goal was to gather basic knowledge, not to treat a sleep disorder.
