Summary

This study aims to translate and test a questionnaire called PainPREDICT for Thai-speaking adults with type 1 or type 2 diabetes to screen for painful diabetic neuropathy, a common complication causing nerve pain. Researchers will also develop a mobile app version and check how accurate and user-friendly it is. About 277 participants will help validate the tool against standard clinical exams.
