Summary
This study tests a new device that uses focused ultrasound waves on the brain to see if it can safely improve movement problems in people with Parkinson's disease. About 60 adults with Parkinson's will receive either real or fake (sham) ultrasound treatments. Researchers will measure changes in motor skills and watch for any side effects.
