Summary

This study is testing whether a text message support program and a digital safety plan can help adults who recently visited the emergency room for suicidal thoughts or actions. Researchers want to see if people find these tools helpful and easy to use after they leave the hospital. The goal is to learn the best way to provide support during this high-risk time to improve safety and well-being.
