First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This study compares two gentle manual therapies—Muscle Energy Technique and Bowen Therapy—for people with text neck syndrome, a common condition from prolonged smartphone use. 78 adults aged 18-35 with neck pain for at least 6 months will receive one of the treatments over 6 weeks. Researchers will measure pain, range of motion, and daily function to see which approach offers better relief.
