First seen Jun 12, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether adding a specific manual therapy technique (reverse natural apophyseal glides) to standard neck exercises can better reduce pain, improve movement, and lessen disability in people with text neck syndrome. About 42 adults aged 18-35 with poor head posture will be split into two groups for 6 weeks of treatment. The goal is to find a more effective way to manage this common condition caused by looking down at phones and screens.
