Summary
This study tests if text messages can help people with Generalized Anxiety Disorder worry less. 300 adults with high worry levels will receive either safety-behavior fading tips via text or a relaxation exercise. The goal is to see if simple phone messages can ease anxiety and reduce worry-related habits.
