Summary
This study is testing whether testosterone replacement therapy can improve pain, energy, sexual function, and overall quality of life for men. It focuses on men with long-term chronic back pain who are taking opioid pain medications and have developed low testosterone as a side effect. Participants will receive either testosterone or a placebo for six months to see which group feels better.
