Cancer trial tests 'Less is More' approach to powerful drug

NCT ID NCT06066138

Summary

This study is testing a new method for giving the cancer drug atezolizumab. Researchers want to see if they can use lower doses, given less often, by carefully monitoring drug levels in a patient's blood. The goal is to see if this personalized approach can still control the cancer while potentially causing fewer side effects. The study is for adults with certain advanced cancers who are already candidates for this type of treatment.
