Stanford tests 'Turbocharged' insulin for faster diabetes control

Summary
This early-stage study is testing if two modified insulin formulas work faster than a standard one. It involves 20 adults with type 1 diabetes who use insulin pumps. Researchers will give participants different insulin shots and take frequent blood samples to see which one starts working the quickest and for how long.
