First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether two drugs, duloxetine and amitriptyline, can reduce chronic coughing in people with interstitial lung disease (ILD). 25 participants will receive either a low or high dose of one drug or a placebo for 4 weeks. The main goal is to see if cough frequency decreases, measured by a special cough monitor.
