New scanner captures whole body in one shot

Summary

This study tests a research PET scanner that can take pictures of most of the body at once, unlike current machines that only scan small sections. About 268 healthy adults and people with cognitive issues will be scanned to see how well the machine works. The goal is to learn how to best use this new technology for diagnosing diseases like cancer and brain disorders.
