Summary
This study follows 160 men with good-prognosis metastatic testicular cancer to compare side effects of two treatments: surgery (RPLND) or chemotherapy. Researchers want to know which approach causes less fatigue and better overall quality of life. Participants choose their treatment as part of normal care, and the study tracks their health over time.
