Summary
This study follows 160 men with good-prognosis metastatic testicular cancer to see if surgery (RPLND) causes fewer side effects than chemotherapy. Participants choose either surgery or chemo, and researchers track their quality of life and fatigue over time. The goal is to find which treatment offers a better recovery experience.
