Summary
This study tested an experimental oral medication called TERN-601 in 167 adults with overweight or obesity. The goal was to see if it helps with weight loss over 12 weeks compared to a placebo. Participants did not have diabetes and had a stable weight before starting. The study is complete, and results will show how much weight was lost and if the drug is safe.
