Summary
This study tests whether a cream called terbinafine hydrochloride can treat fungal ear infections (otomycosis). About 50 adults will have the cream placed in their ear every two days for two weeks. The goal is to see if symptoms like itching and discharge go away and if the fungus is cleared. This is an early-stage study, so results will show if the treatment works well enough for larger trials.
