Summary
This study tested whether miconazole oil can cure fungal ear infections (otomycosis) better than a placebo. 112 adults with ear fungus used the oil or a dummy oil for 14 days. Doctors checked if the infection cleared up completely. The goal is to find a safe, effective treatment for this uncomfortable condition.
