Summary
This pilot study is testing whether transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) – a gentle electrical pulse on the skin – can increase blood flow in the arm. Thirty-six healthy adults will try six different stimulation settings to see which works best. The goal is to find the optimal frequency and electrode placement for the strongest blood flow response.
