Summary
This study tests whether smoothies made from hydroponically grown spinach affect nitrate levels in saliva and blood pressure differently than those made from conventionally grown spinach. Twelve healthy adults will drink both types of smoothies on separate days, with measurements taken before and after. The goal is to see if the growing method changes the health benefits.
