Summary
This study tests a drug called teniposide in people with a fast-growing type of lung cancer (extensive-stage small cell lung cancer) that has a specific gene change (c-Myc-driven). The cancer must have gotten worse after standard treatments. The goal is to see if teniposide can shrink tumors or slow the disease. About 15 adults will take part.
