Summary
This study tests a drug called teniposide in 15 people with advanced small cell lung cancer that has a specific gene change (c-Myc) and has stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors and control the disease. Participants must be in fairly good health and have measurable tumors.
